Getting in touch with Orange online
If you feel comfortable enough with reading and writing in French, the Orange online support system proves a good alternative, as it is just as reliable and has the advantage of avoiding you being put on hold.
Already an Orange customer? You can get support via your Orange online client account (your Espace Client Orange). To access this, you simply need to go to the sign-in page and type in your username and password, which you should have received upon subscribing to Orange along with the contract. You can also get Orange to resend your credentials via email or text if needed.
On your Espace Client, you will find assistance with the following topics:
- Information about your plan (in Mes contrats), including information about your allowance and data usage, billing (last bill date and amount), payment method, and the possibility to change your contract
- Your customer rewards (Mes avantages)
- Technical assistance (Urgences et dépannage)
- Your personal details (Mon compte)
You can also find answers to your queries via the Orange community online forum, known as Forum Orange, on which users help one another on a vast range of issues (you may find someone will be able to offer you advice in English here)
Finally, you can resort to reaching Orange via their social media accounts, on either Facebook or Twitter. You should get a quick response and can also ask to be called back.
